ABSTRACT:
The reduction of Thomsonia Wallich (1830) to the synonymy of Amorphophallus Blume ex Decaisne (1834), nom. cons. is discussed, along with the resultant renaming of Amorphophallus napalensis and Amorphophallus sumawongii. Amorphophallus pendulus is described. Pseudodracontium and Plesmonium are also discussed.
