Titan Arum - Big AL from Sydney

ABSTRACT:

On Wednesday the 6th of October 2004 the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney flowered their first Titan Arum, Amorphphophallus Titanum, only the second flowering in Australia behind Cairns in 2003. In the following paragraphs is a brief discussion of the Sydney Gardens history cultivating the Titan, techniques and growing conditions that finally led to our magnificent flowering.
