I am thoughtless. I really need tothank everyone who contributes to this list. All your epistolae embedded in the.pdf files that Steve and Albert have made available. You have all taught me somuch, and stimulated me to try new ideas and experiments. Thank you, all.

Some have written thanking me for doing allthis work.  I did very little! 

Albert did all the work by putting all the posts on the IAS site.  All Idid was go to the links he gave and convert them to PDF which took about onehour total.
