Several ebay vendors and a few other vendors have started to offer a plant they call philodendron "black cardinal variegtated" - there may be other names used as well, but generally the picture of the plantlets and the plant it will eventually grow to are the same as in this ebay offer: Philodendron black cardinal variegated Rare philodendron plant For Grow | eBay $98.59 Philodendron black cardinal variegated Rare philodendron plant For Grow ...
