Elephant ear replacement

Hi Aroiders,
I'm looking for a tuber that I can put into my garden pool water fall
that would replace my Colocasia esculenta (elephant ear). My elephant
ears were huge and spectacular last year but I am looking for a bigger
show stopper. Any suggestions?
