Calla palustris / double spathe?

From: bcook at interlog.com (Brian Cook) on 1998.07.12 at 16:14:26(2455) I found a Calla palustris yesterday that has two spathes instead of the usual (to me at least) one. I was wondering how common an occurrence this is and if this trait is likely to be passed on via the seeds? +More The spathes were opposite, held horizontally at almost 90 degrees to the spadix. The second one was smaller by about 1/3 but otherwise similar in apperance. Thank you Brian
