There was an extensive thread on Aroid-L last year about Arisaema rust.
The organism is known, but there is no cure. I believe the best advise
was to cut off the top of infected plants and burn the foliage. Something
like that.

Double headed A. triphyllum are common. It indicates a state of maturity.
My experience has been that it is followed by multiple offsets and a
reduction in maturity.
