hardy dracunculus?

Has anybody ever heard of a dracunculus that was hardy in practically all
zones? I just got my Holland Bulb Farms catalog and they advertise them as a
free gift when you order a certain amount of plant material. I don't have
the catalog at the moment, but when I was reading it earlier I thought it
said that it was hardy to zone 1 or 2. Can anybody help out?
