On the evening of Saturday, September 15th, 2018 at 6:30 PM we will begin the always-fulfilling Banquet Dinner followed by a short annual business meeting, featured speaker and exciting auction of rare plants. For those members who cannot attend, please complete and return the proxy ballot (in your latest newsletter or separately mailed) for the proposed new board members. The $30 dinner will feature Cuban cuisine. To reserve your seating, you must be a member of the IAS in good standing. Please contact Albert Huntington or pay through paypal. Pre-payment through paypal is preferred. Participation in the banquet is limited to members and their guests.

The banquet will be in the old Corbin Building. Park in the old south parking lot and head through the back gate. Dress code is smart casual, but you will find a lot of folks in Hawaiian shirts and blue jeans. Plus one dude in a jacket and tie, usually.
