That is Arum palestinum. There are two phenotypes=A0of which=A0I am aware. The typical form with a nice port wine smell with the inflorescence held at the same level or slightly higher=A0 than the leaves, and a separate form from Mount Carmel that has a fecal smell with the inflorescence held below the leaves.
