  Anthurium superbum; Natural pollinators
From: "Windy Aubrey" <exotics at hawaii.rr.com> on 2007.06.26 at 08:36:51(15868)

Beside the ants that are drawn to our Anthurium
spathes, we have Fruit fly that appear in the late afternoon to do their 'dance'
on the spadix.

In an attempt to get seed I also use my
fingers, but I really think my pollination luck has all to do with a little
help from my little friends.

I attached an image of one of our A. veithchii
being pollinated.
