Subject : Re: [Aroid-l] FW: Anthurium fruit edibility
Dear Dany,
I would tend to believe that all Anthurium sps. have 'edibe; fruit when
ripe, but the 'reward', aside from different flavors, are small, all sps.
have big seeds, just a little bit of flesh w/ good flavors and thick skin
surrounding them.
I think that only some Philodendrons and Monsteras have sufficently large
and fleshy fruit to make it 'worth the effort' at eating.
Good Growing,
Julius
Thanks julius for the reply
Do you know other anthurium berries that are edible too?
