Dear Susan,
This certainly looks like P. xanadu.
With more light, heat, fert. and re-potting, it would/should eventually develop and exibit the larger leaf blade rear lobes, etc. AND possibly bloom, as I explained in my last paper on this species.

I've had this plant at least 5 years, has never bloomed, survives neglect for years on end.
Any spots on the leaves are dust/rain.
