Completed wrapping of the spadix with plastic wrap.
The moist paper towel hanging around the pollinated female zone of the spadix was then covered with plastic film wrap to maintain the moist condition of the paper towel and to ensure high humidty around the pollen on the stigmas. The following morning, the wrapping of moist paper towel and plastic film was removed.
