DearSherry,

Thevenation is wrong for Araceae; I suspect Echinodorus in the Alismataceae.

Dear Sherry:

I think that it must be Urospatha sagittifolia.

Hi everyone,

Do any of y'all know what this might be? Idon't know if it's an Aroid or not. I have no information to give, except that I found it growing near a little creek in east Texas.  Itdidn't look like it was native to the area.  If you would like to see largerimages or any specific pics, please feel free to e-mail me. I'd appreciate anyinfo I can get on it.

                                           Thanks and take care,

                                               Sherry
