John:  It just looks like the ordinary Philodendron warscewiczii but it is apparently a mutation with little chlorophyll.  Since that species often grows in dry habitats, often in full sun it probably does not to be so dark green but I have never seen it in the wild with such a color.

I am lucky enough to have a specimen of Philodendron warscewiczii  cv.’Flavum’ which does not die off, but actually thrives on neglect.  See attachment.

 

But will someone among the taxonomists please tell me if my nomenclature is correct in this case?  (Sorry 1 Should have put “Philodendron warscewiczii cv. ‘Flavum’.
