I've never seen leaf bulbils on my plant either. As far as I know, I've never gotten fruit, but then I didn't realize it was flowering now until my wife mentioned it (it was in a cluttered area of the greenhouse). I'll take a few pictures when the leaf appears.

It seem to match the pictures in the species list of the IAS and in the gallery of Alan (Galloway).
The tubers, the petiole pattern match, too, an it grows the blue berries, but I never see leaf bulbils like on one pic from Alan.

That's what the tag says, with a date of 2010, but oddly I don't seem to have this plant in my records nor do I recall where I might have gotten it.
