Hi All,

Can someone confirm how we can distinguish between these three species: Philodendron lynnhannoniae vs P.furcatum vs P.corrugatum?

  1. Does Philodendron lynnhannoniae always have scales closer to the apex of the petiole? Is that a reliable diagnostic? There is no mention of it being a distinguishing characteristic in the notes of the publication of this species.
  2. Does Philodendron lynnhannoniae have more obviously bullate leaves with networked veins?
  3. How does P.corrugatum differ from these two?
  4. Are there pics available of live plants of P.furcatum and P.corrugatum?

Please ID the attached pics:

  1. Pic 1 and 2 are from the same plant.
  2. Plant in pic 3 has smooth petioles.
  3. Pic 4 is an excerpt from the publication of Philodendron lynnhannoniae (Revision of Philodendron from the Lita-San Lorenzo Region (Esmeraldas Province, Ecuador)).

Appreciate your help!
