Greetings, to all of you who have never seen this plant, I have put 3 photos
taken by Mary Sizemore out on the I.D. site. These are photos 120a,b,c. Hope
you enjoy them. I downloaded them from another site and was able to compress
about 60 percent so they should download fairly quickly. I could not put
them in table format as they came out distorted. They print quite will on my
non-color laserjet. Have a try and do send comments and photos. These will
soon end up in the I.A.S. master file.

Aroiders,
For those of you who know Phil Mueller, here is an excerpt from a note I
received from him this morning.

---------- Forwarded message ----------
I was in the Persian Gulf for two months on the USS Seattle and then
flew to the Shreveport in Valencia, Spain. It was to be a Med cruise
and hir Spain, France, and Italy. I was on the ship one day when we
were ordered to procede with all possible haste to the Gulf. Well,
I'm back! Got fitted with a gas mask and protective clothing. Not
sure what is going on here. Watching CNN lets you know more than us.
Was able to visit with Hetterscheid for a few hours in Amsterdam. It
was great being able to discuss aroids (and aroid collectors.) Not
much else going on and will keep you posted.
Phil
