Still Dormant in South Florida?

I've seen none of them break the surface of the soil yet. I've looked at some of them and they seem healthy (the tubers). Should I be concerned? This is my first season after dormancy with these. As long as the tubers are sound, you are OK. Here in Wisconsin, It's the First of April The Garden Centers are beginning to open and My Amorphophallus konjac is within a day or so of releasing its exotic perfume. Can Spring be far behind?
