Can someone tell me what is involved in sending small tubers from Canada
to the US and from the US to Canada?

I have done it from the US to Canada. I had my local Agriculture inspector
for the USDA check out the shipment and he gave me a permit to do it.

THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE ISSUES PERMITS FOR THE SHIPMENT OF PLANTS INTO
THE U.S. THE PERMITS CAN BE OBTAINED THROUGH THEM ON A YEARLY BASIS AND OF
