In my experience, the seed heads of A. triphyllum are much more
robust than those of A. dracontium and the berries ripen to a red
color, whereas those of A. dracontium remain green, maturing to a
greenish-cream. Also, on my dracontiums, the spath remains much more
evident (at maturity), while the spath of triphyllum deteriorates.

Don,
Arisaema dracontium berries turn bright red here. I also find them to be
larger than A. triphyllum
most years. The spathe of both plants deteriorates here. But neither of
these properties is

a sure method of ID.
