does anyone have culture notes on taccarum caudatum?

Grow it warm, in well-drained rich soil, not too wet, fert. as you would other aroids, take it out of the soil when it goes dormant, re-plant in spring. It like bright lights, best in the filtered sunlight of a Florida pine tree.
