Looks like he has just taken a random picture off the internet. Always a bit
suspicious of a new buyer on eBay offering a wide variety of hard to find
seeds seeds.

That is Amorphophallus prainii and the image appears to have been taken from
Wikipedia where even there the file name is incorrect:
