is someone offering konjak as titanum.
Would someone know where the picture of titanum flower was taken?
It might be recognizable, since the greenhouse looks pretty unique.
I wrote an info to that guy that the petioles and leaves rather suit
konjak than titanum and asked, if his "titanum" ever bloomed, since the
flowers of konjak and titanum differ pretty much. I wonder, if my hints
will change his presentation.. ;-)

Yes this is really konjac, I found also one error in thes page: Anubias
lanceolata
is currently named Anubias barteri var. angustifolia.

Hi, Bernhard,
Of course this is a pretty embarassing performance of an Austrian co-patriot.
So far I have not heard from him, but as an IAS member and producer of a series of
rare aroids, I tried to contact this man, who obviously runs his business just around the corner.
I offered him cooperation for further activities and to prevent mistakes like that.
In the history of aroid research Austrians have done such great work (Schott et alt.), so I am
strongly interested to catch up with this tradition.
