Unless your humidifier is of the atomizer type (actually disperser droplets of water into the air) you will never get any fertilizer into the air at all (e.g. evaporative or wick-type humidifiers). Even with the atomizer type, any fertilizer that does become airborne may well end up on more than just your plants (e.g your lungs).
