[Aroid-l] A. konjac problems

Even ones that i have ahd for 3 growing seasons have put on absolutely no tuber mass at all. They usually come up mid winter and grow until mid summer. Is this too short a period of time for them to do anything? What is going wrong?? I desperately want to see a flower, and i am no closer to getting one than i was 3 years ago.
