Well, this isn't a nursery or garden, but Hanalei National Wildlife Refuge is the most important taro-growing region in Hawaii. Taro fields extending off to the horizon may not be everyone's cup of tea, but you've got to admit, that's a lot of aroids! The road gets steep after Princeville, but in good weather it shouldn't be a problem; there is a parking area at the bottom of the hill, by a bridge. Stay on the road; to go into the fields is considered trespassing, and is ticketable.
