my question to you amorph growers is: what makes an
amorph plant grow huge, happily, for one season, as a
matter of fact, grow so well that it completely
depletes its tuber? i've lost two giant tubers i had
of paeoniifolius and longituberosus. both grew sturdy
stems, lots of leaflets, but to my surprise, after
they went dormant, there was no tuber left. these
were grown in pots indoors, not in a greenhouse or
garden.
