[Aroid-l] Philo Dr. Mansell

There is a plant in a friend's collection tagged "Philo Dr. Mansell" with a mention about Richard Mansell. Both he and I can find Dr. Mansell's name on the internet but the email address is bad. My friend would love to find out more about this plant and if possible the origin. I'm attaching a photo. Thanks!
