I mixed up the states and learned meanwhile that Berthold mentions the

extinction on his site....
So again: Is Amorphophallus henryi extinct in Taiwan?

I am quite sure it is extinct in Thailand but since it is an endemic of
Taiwan, that really isn't such a problem...............
