Not Michael here, but perhaps I can help.

The 2 ingredients listed on the label of ZEP Citrus Cleaner and Degreaser
are d-limonene and monoethanolamine. Per my
Handbook of Chemistry & Physics, the d-limonene (the orange oil) should be
alcohol soluble and the monoethanolamine should be soluble
in both water and alcohol, and is used primarily as a surfactant or wetting
