Where I live Syngoniums are growing wild, but I never came across any seed. Today while walking my dogs in the woods I came across a fallen tree with a large Sygonium vining on it, and there it was ripe Syngonium seeds! I heard these seeds are tasty, so luckily no wild chickens or rats had found them first.
