Dear Neil,

If there is no chlorophyll at all in the plant, it will not survive. To
produce the first leaf, it spent all the substances stored in the seed,
but if will not form a tuber because of lack of chlorophyll responsible
for production of all the matter.

If it was partially green (variegated) there would be a chance, just
like a mutation of Spathiphyllum I have.
It grows very slowly, since a few months it is growing in a small
greenhouse made in an empty aquarium and it's becoming stronger.
