Arum italicum is borderline here (NW Arkansas). It seeds around
our yard, not rampantly but consistently. Fortunately, as Jonathan
says, it's easy to recognize even when small, and so far I've only
seen it jump into nearby shady areas.
Gonatopus has not survived outdoors here.

I'm wondering whether there are any
aroids that are considered invasive? I know some aquatics
can be (e.g. Pistia stratiotes), but what about any
land-based ones?
