I know that FedEx does serve SOuth Africa, having used the service. It is a
bit expensive. I believe UPS and other "overnight" services also provide
service.

FedEx and others have toll-free 800 service phone numbers and web sites that
can give you an answer much quicker and more accurately that posting it to a
chat line, and they can quote rates.
