Anaphyllopsis: Amazon’s Pinnate Aroids

Anaphyllopsis is a genus of flowering plants in the Araceae family native to northern South America. First described by Alistair Hay in 1988 to reclassify Cyrtosperma americanum and later expanded to include two additional Amazonian species, it is distinguished by its pinnate leaves and bears a close resemblance to Anaphyllum.
