Purpose:To investigate how Colombian aroids attract their pollinators by studying floral scent, heat production, flower structure, and insect behavior, providing new insights into the reproductive ecology and evolution of Neotropical Araceae. Impact:Reveals previously unknown relationships between aroids and their pollinators, helping explain patterns of species diversity and evolution while providing valuable ecological knowledge to support future research and conservation of tropical aroids and their forest ecosystems. |  |
