Nephthytis: African Arrowhead Wonders

Nephthytis is a genus of five herbaceous, rhizomatous aroids native to tropical West and West-Central Africa, with a distribution from Guinea to the Republic of the Congo. These evergreen plants produce distinctive 15–35 cm arrowhead-shaped, three-lobed leaves that vary in form as they mature, appealing to both novice growers and dedicated enthusiasts
