Ayuantha: Pleionanthic Treasures of Borneo

Ayuantha is a genus of four pleionanthic aroids endemic to Borneo, segregated from Schismatoglottis after combined molecular and morphological studies. Its species feature repeatedly flowering shoots and spathe limbs that senesce irregularly, reflecting clear morphological markers supporting its separation.
